A highly enriching Canva Design Workshop was successfully conducted as part of our college event, attracting enthusiastic participation from students across various departments. The session was designed to introduce learners to the fundamentals of graphic design using Canva — one of the most popular and user-friendly digital designing platforms.

Throughout the workshop, students were guided step-by-step on how to use Canva tools to create visually appealing posters, presentations, certificates, social media posts, and other creative content. The resource person demonstrated a wide range of templates and features within Canva, highlighting useful shortcuts, design principles, and layout techniques. Students were also given hands-on practice where they actively designed their own creatives during the session.

The workshop proved to be a great learning experience as it encouraged creativity, digital skills, and design thinking among the participants. Many students expressed that they had previously been unaware of Canva’s full potential and were now confident in creating professional-looking designs on their own. They appreciated how the platform could enhance project submissions, event promotions, and resumes/portfolios in an innovative way.

Overall, the Canva workshop was a grand success. It not only empowered students with practical digital design skills but also fostered confidence, curiosity, and enthusiasm towards learning new-age tools. The event concluded with positive feedback from all participants, highlighting their eagerness to attend more such skill-oriented workshops in the future.
