Civil Engineering Student Society kathford- CESSKath
CESS-Kath is the official student body for Civil Engineering students at Kathford, dedicated to fostering academic excellence, technical competence, and leadership in the civil engineering community. It serves as a platform for students to engage in hands-on projects, workshops, industrial visits, design competitions, technical exhibitions, field-based research, and more. The society organizes flagship events like Civil Tech Fest, model bridge competitions, and guest lectures featuring engineers and experts from the field. It also promotes peer learning, collaborative innovation, and skill-building beyond the syllabus.
Kathford Creative Club- KCC
The Kathford Creative Club is where imagination meets impact. As one of the most dynamic student-led clubs on campus, it serves as a platform for students to express creativity through event management, design, content creation, media production, and innovative campaigns. From planning major college events like KathFest and BizBuzz to running social media initiatives, hosting competitions, and producing videos that highlight student life—this club does it all.
Kathford Free and Open-Source Software community- KathFOSS
We are a Free and Open-Source Software community that engages students in open source software research and development; promotes, develops and diversifies Free/Open Source software; and organizes various workshops, programs, seminars and competitions to develop inquisitiveness among students and inspire them to innovate new technologies. Every year, we organize two events – 'Evolve', an open themed coding competition to generate new ideas; and 'Code to Solve', a theme based coding competition to solve a social problem.
Kathford IT Club
The Kathford IT Club is a hub for tech enthusiasts, coders, developers, and innovators who are passionate about the ever-evolving world of information technology. The club brings together students from various disciplines to explore areas like programming, cybersecurity, web and app development, data science, AI, and emerging tech trends. Through hackathons, coding challenges, workshops, tech talks, peer-to-peer learning sessions, and collaborative projects, the IT Club fosters a strong technical culture on campus. It also connects students with industry experts and alumni to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world applications.

The Kathford Presentation and Literature Club is a vibrant platform for students who are passionate about communication, public speaking, writing, and critical thinking. Dedicated to fostering confidence and expression, the club organizes activities like debates, speech contests, poetry slams, storytelling events, group discussions, and presentation workshops that help students find their voice and refine it.
Kathord Social and Entrepreneurship Club- KSEC
The Kathford Social and Entrepreneurship Club is a space for students who aspire to lead change—whether through innovative startups or impactful social initiatives. This club encourages a problem-solving mindset by merging business thinking with social responsibility. It organizes startup bootcamps, pitch competitions, social campaigns, networking events, fundraising drives, and community outreach programs that empower students to take initiative and create value.
Robotics of Kathford- RoboKath
We are a robotics research and development body that trains and engages students in robotics research, design and development. We organize numerous workshops and trainings on robotics, Arduino microcontroller, electronic circuit design, line tracking robots, drones, IOT, Raspberry Pi, image processing, machine learning and wireless technology.
