Eligibility & Entrance Exam
To apply for BCA at Kathford,
- Minimum D+ Grade in each subject of grade 11 and 12 with CGPA 2.0 or more.
- A minimum score of second division marks in 10, +2/PCL or equivalent in any discipline.
- Must pass the BCA Entrance Examination.

Entrance Preparation & Exam

Students must prepare for and appear in the BCA Entrance Examination conducted by Tribhuvan University.

Only those who pass the entrance exam are eligible for admission.

Program Confirmation & Admission

After clearing the BCA Entrance Examination, students must visit Kathford International College of Engineering and Management to begin the admission process.

During your visit, you’ll complete the necessary paperwork and the admission fee structure will be calculated based on the college’s guidelines.

Onboarding & Orientation
Upon admission, students receive a Kathford college email ID and are contacted with essential academic resources, course details, and syllabi. Students are then welcomed through a special orientation session where they meet faculty members, fellow students, and participate in a welcome program.
