AI Lab

Crafting the Future with Artificial Intelligence.

The AI and Innovation Lab is a dedicated space that promotes hands-on learning, research, and innovation in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies. It houses our exclusive AI School, providing guided learning tracks for both coding and non-coding students, ensuring everyone can explore AI regardless of their background.

Equipped with high-performance computers, AI software, VR stations, robotics and IoT prototyping areas, a collaboration zone, and a content creation mini studio, the lab gives students from Engineering, IT, and Management real-world exposure. Current projects include AI chatbots, predictive dashboards, performance analytics tools, and responsible AI frameworks.

Beyond project work, the lab hosts hackathons, startup prototyping sessions, industry collaborations, and AI bootcamps for high school students. It is a vibrant hub of creativity and experimentation, preparing students with the practical skills, innovation mindset, and confidence needed to lead in an AI-driven world.

Kathford uses a lot of technology to make sure that the classroom is a complete learning zone. Classrooms are equipped with multimedia with high-speed internet connection which ensures that students learn from audio-visual medium and from the internet. Gone are the days of board and marker. Expect advanced classrooms at Kathford.

Kathford believes in interactive classes where students learn from teachers and from each other. To make the lecture interactive, the lecturer uses a number of mediums including activities, games and participatory quizzes. Classroom should be fun and merry, and not boring at all. Students learn more by being engaged, and that’s why Kathford offers many engagement activities in classroom.

Our college houses two well-equipped seminar halls—Block A with a seating capacity of over 100, and Block B accommodating more than 150 people. Both halls are spacious, well-ventilated, and thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable and professional environment.

Designed to support learning and collaboration, these halls are fully audio-visually equipped and regularly host conferences, workshops, and seminars. Whether it’s an academic presentation, a guest lecture, or a large-scale workshop, the seminar halls offer all the facilities needed to enhance the learning experience and foster the exchange of ideas.

Networking Labs

Our Networking Labs are equipped with multiple groups of computer network systems, designed to give students hands-on experience with communication technologies in both LANs and WANs, as well as routing and switching.

Students have the opportunity to perform a wide range of experiments related to their computer networks courses. This includes network cabling, installation and configuration of devices, analysis and application of network protocols, and designing and managing network systems. Guided by experienced instructors, the lab provides a practical, interactive environment where students can explore, troubleshoot, and master the core concepts of modern networking.
