Meritorious Scholarship
This Scholarship is provided based on entrance or semester result.
The Meritorious Scholarship (TU)3 is awarded to top academic performers in either the entrance exam or the semester exams. It is based on the student’s entrance rank for their first year and their semester exam rank for subsequent years. One male and one female student are awarded this scholarship each year, which covers 5% of their total fees.
Excellence Scholarship
This Scholarship is provided based on scholarship test result.
The Kathford Excellence Scholarship is awarded to 2 among the top 10 performers in the college’s Scholarship Exam and Interview. This scholarship is open to all applicants who appear for the Scholarship Exam and Interview.
Merit Scholarship
This Scholarship is provided based on balanced recognition across academics and exams.
Merit Scholarship is awarded to 20 students based on IOST entrance results, +2 GPA above 2.0, and performance in the scholarship test and interview.
U-GO Nepal Scholarship
This Scholarship is provided only to female students from marginalized, disadvantaged backgrounds.
The Women’s Empowerment Scholarship is awarded to 1 student, open to eligible applicants pursuing programs such as BBA, BBM, BCA, BPH, B.Sc. Nursing, B Pharmacy, BSc CSIT, and Engineering, among others. Applicants must have scored a minimum of 70% in both Grade 10 and 12, come from a family with an annual income below NPR 2,00,000, and be from the specified districts. Priority will be given to candidates from marginalized groups including Dalit, single mothers, persons with disabilities, and families of martyrs. Eligible districts include Udayapur, Taplejung, Sunsari, Morang, Rautahat, Siraha, Saptari, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Bara, Parsa, Dhanusha, Chitwan, Kathmandu, Dhading, Parbat, Banke, Bardiya, Dang, Nawalparasi, Rupandehi, Palpa, Rolpa, Rukum, and Kanchanpur.

Merit Scholarship is awarded to 5 students for consistent semester-wise academic excellence, requiring a GPA of 3.7 or above in the previous semester.

This Scholarship is provided only to female students from marginalized, disadvantaged backgrounds.

Kathford Alumni Scholarship provides financial assistance to 1 outstanding student, sponsored by our proud alumni network. Student having kin relationship with Kathford alumni and demonstrating strong academic commitment is eligible for this scholarship.
TU Scholarship
This Scholarship is provided as mandated by TU Faculty of Management.
The TU Scholarship (FoM – Tribhuvan University) is a scholarship that fulfills the 10% tuition-waiver quota mandated by Tribhuvan University for all affiliated BBA colleges under the Faculty of Management. Recipients of this scholarship are required to pay only 5% of their tuition fees, excluding exam, service, and registration fees. To be eligible, applicants must appear for and pass the CMAT entrance exam conducted by the Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University. Additionally, they must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 in their high school or equivalent studies and must apply through a Tribhuvan University-affiliated college during admission. The scholarship also follows reservation quotas as per university policy. The number of receipient of this scholarship is 4.

The Disadvantaged Groups Scholarship is awarded to 2 student, open to all eligible applicants who belong to any of the following:

C) Janajati.

The Full Scholarship is a prestigious scholarship that covers all tuition, lab, and admission fees. This scholarship is awarded to the top 4 scorers in the IOE (Institute of Engineering) Entrance Exam.
Merit Scholarship
This Scholarship is provided based on balanced recognition across academics and exams.
Merit Scholarship is awarded to 30 students who are strong academic performers, selected from the top 30 IOE rank holders (excluding earlier awardees).
